All digital marketing consulting, search optimization programs, paid media campaigns, and social management retainers delivered by MeridianGlobal Limited are executed pursuant to formal, executed Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the client and our legal entity (CR No. 9516853).

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, methodologies, audit frameworks, website design elements, trademarks, and written materials displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of MeridianGlobal Limited and are protected by Hong Kong and international copyright laws.

4. Acceptable Usage
